The Dutch government recently tightened up measures to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. At Bruynzeel Storage Systems, we also take the necessary measures to prevent spreading the virus. After all, the health of our employees and customers comes first.

Measures
• Employees work at home (where possible)
• Employees do not travel unless absolutely necessary
• Employees do not receive visitors
• Employees do not visit customers

Accessibility
Despite these measures, we will continue to support you by telephone and e-mail and thus can be reached through these channels.

I have an appointment with one of your employees, will this appointment continue?

All our employees, who normally work in the office, now work from home. They will not receive or make a physical visit. Our advice: contact the person concerned by email or by phone to discuss whether the appointment can be via an online channel.

Will my products be delivered according to schedule?

We have also taken measures in our factory to prevent the spread of the virus. However, these measures currently have no effect on our production planning and the products are produced and delivered according to plan.

Will my project be installed?

Our technicians keep a close eye on and follow RIVM guidelines. This allows projects to be installed according to schedule.

Can I still request quotes from you?

Yes you can. If you would like to speak to a representative, please contact our reception on 077 306 9000. They will put you through to the appropriate representative.

My system gives an error message. Will a mechanic come to fix the fault?

Yes, our service technicians are available. Keep in mind that they will observe the RIVM guidelines when carrying out a job. That is why we ask to ensure that no other employees are with the system in case of service and that our service technicians should be able to wash their hands. Can I order accessories or parts?

Yes, you can order accessories or parts. Please contact our reception on 077 306 9000. They will put you through to the appropriate representative.

I am a supplier. Can I bring materials?

Materials can, as usual, be delivered to the distribution center between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. Drivers must remain in the cabin and can call the telephone number displayed on the roller gate. Our colleagues from the distribution center will help you further.

I am a carrier. Can I collect materials?
