Our Corporate Social Responsibility
At Bruynzeel Storage Group, we care about the future and are committed to integrating CSR principles into our operations through an Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) framework.
As the footprint reduction company, we want to contribute to a better world for a fast growing population where there is a growing need for efficient use of space and natural resources. Space creating solutions can make direct impact. Not only by choosing the right materials and optimising production processes, but moreover by reducing the physical footprint of our customers ensuring every m2 is used meaningfully and, with that, creating space for future use.
We aim to do the right things for our planet and its population and to have a positive impact on the lives of our employees, their families and the local community and we invite all of our stakeholders to join our journey to a better future. Each and every day onwards, because there is no time to waste!
ESG framework
Net Zero in 2035
Our accelerated ambition is to reach Net Zero by latest 2035, 15 years ahead of the Paris climate agreement and 10 years earlier than our previous commitment in 2021. To reach our goal of becoming Net Zero in 2035 we have updated our CSR policy with ambitious goals. Interested to read more about our journey from the present reality to a brighter future?
UN Sustainability Development Goals
Bruynzeel Storage Group is dedicated to aligning the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals represent a comprehensive framework for global progress, addressing key challenges such as inequality, climate change, and environmental sustainability. Today, we are pleased to announce that our initiatives directly contribute to 15 of the 17 UN SDGs, underscoring our commitment to driving positive change across diverse aspects of global sustainability.
Bruynzeel has achieved the Gold sustainability rating from Ecovadis, placing us in the top 5% of sustainable companies.
Bruynzeel commits to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The SBTi provides a clearly-defined pathway for companies to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the three scopes (scope 1, 2 & 3) helping prevent the worst impacts of climate change and future-proof business growth.
